Delete My Account

You have the option to remove your account through the Kangaroo Propane mobile application.

Prior to account deletion, you will be asked to provide any feedback for us. This helps us improve our customer services. If you face any difficulties processing your request, please reach out to us at info@kangaroopropane.com.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Login into the Kangaroo Propane mobile application.
2. Navigate to Profile Tab and then proceed to Delete Account.
3. Describe the reason to delete (optional).
4. Tap on Delete my account now.
5. Tap Yes on the confirmation popup to confirm account deletion.

Once you’ve successfully completed these steps, your account will promptly go offline. It will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Please note that any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be forfeited during this process.
