Agreement between User and www.kangaroopropane.com and Kangaroo Propane mobile applications.
Welcome to Kangaroo Propane. The www.kangaroopropane.com website and Kangaroo Propane mobile applications (the “Site”) are operated by Kangaroo Propane LLC (“Kangaroo Propane”). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
Your use of www.kangaroopropane.com is subject to Kangaroo Propane’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

You may cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it. Cancellations made after 2 minutes do not qualify for a refund. Please contact info@kangaroopropane.com with questions.
The Site may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). Linked Sites are not under the control of Kangaroo Propane, and we are not responsible for the content of any Linked Site.
Kangaroo Propane provides these links only as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of the site or its operators.

You may connect your Kangaroo Propane account to third party accounts. By connecting, you consent to the release of information from your profile in accordance with your privacy settings.
The Service is controlled and operated from within the USA. If you access the Service from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kangaroo Propane, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final.
All arbitration must occur on an individual basis. Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.
The Site and all information provided are offered “as is” without warranty. Kangaroo Propane is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
Kangaroo Propane reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois.
Kangaroo Propane may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
